With a focus on fashion, Oakridge Centre on has several fine shoes, jewellery, and clothing stores. The mall hosts a fall fashion show every year.

Oakridge Centre attracts over 9 million shoppers annually. There are two office towers, medical and dental offices, and 32 condominium apartments in the complex. The mall features a children’s play area, and a player piano.
