The 35,000-sqm regional centre houses approximately 110 stores across a single retail level, anchoring the southern entrance to Bari metro where the SP240 meets the Bari ring road.

The format combines a Conad hypermarket anchor with extensive fashion volume across the single retail level, plus a substantial dining and entertainment component including a multiplex cinema. The tenant roster balances international vertical apparel chains with mid-tier domestic Italian brands, calibrated for the Bari metropolitan residential population alongside the Murge inland provincial catchment that lacks alternative retail formats at this scale.

Mongolfiera Casamassima’s catchment dynamics combine metropolitan dominance with deep regional draw.
