About this mall

Galeria Echo is the principal regional shopping centre in Kielce and the dominant retail asset for the Świętokrzyskie voivodeship, opened in its current expanded form on August 18, 2011. The development covers 159,000 sqm in total, of which approximately 70,000 sqm is gross leasable area accommodating approximately 300 shops and service points. The centre occupies a distinctive elliptical volume on ul. Świętokrzyska in the Kielce commercial district, accessible by multiple bus routes from the city centre, with a programmable LED light facade that has become a recognisable landmark of the Kielce nighttime skyline.

The anchor structure includes TK Maxx for off-price fashion discovery, RTV Euro AGD and x-kom for consumer electronics, and Biedronka for grocery convenience. The fashion register runs through H&M, Reserved, CCC, Cropp, C&A, New Yorker, Deichmann, BIG STAR, Mohito, Monnari, Venezia, Terranova, Vistula, and Wrangler, covering the full mid-market fashion range of the Kielce regional consumer. Super-Pharm handles pharmacy and beauty; WITTCHEN leads the accessories offer; W.KRUK and Tous cover jewellery. The Helios multiplex anchors the entertainment component.

The catchment encompasses Kielce’s urban population of approximately 190,000 alongside the broader Świętokrzyskie voivodeship population of approximately 1.2 million spread across the sub-regional centres of Starachowice, Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski, and Skarżysko-Kamienna. The A7/S7 motorway corridor provides catchment accessibility from Warsaw approximately 170 kilometres north and from the southern Polish highway network toward Kraków. Galeria Echo is the only enclosed mall of regional scale within a 50-kilometre radius serving this voivodeship capital catchment.

Within the Polish provincial retail map, Galeria Echo occupies the dominant regional position for the Świętokrzyskie voivodeship — a first-tier provincial capital where the centre’s approximately 300-store register, elliptical architectural identity, and anchoring electronics and fashion mix give it a depth that the sub-regional assets in Starachowice and Ostrowiec cannot match. For brands building national coverage in Poland, Kielce via Galeria Echo is the standard first-entry point for the Świętokrzyskie voivodeship market.
