Environmentally friendly projects at Coquitlam include: an energy audit, a water audit, a recycling program, policies and programs for the management of ozone depleting substances and other hazardous materials, and tenant communication.

Coquitlam Centre, in downtown Coquitlam, is conveniently located at the intersection of Lougheed Highway and Barnet Highway, two major regional thoroughfares and which provide access to Highway 1.
