Two new shopping malls in Limassol have received environmental approval from the government. Both malls are set to be located near each other, promising to significantly transform the commercial landscape of the city.
The first shopping center, named “Limassol Mall,” is owned by C.A.C. Papantoniou Ltd. The project is estimated to cost €95 million. The mall will consist of an underground level, a ground floor, a mezzanine, and two additional floors. The total rentable area will be 28,434 square meters, while the total covered areas will amount to 76,392 square meters.

The second shopping center, named “The Mall of Limassol,” is owned by Atterbury Europe and is located in Mesa Geitonia. This project is estimated to cost €80 million. The complex will include a basement, a ground floor, a mezzanine, two upper floors, and a specially designed roof terrace.
