Liberty Center developers announced more than 50 new tenants for the $350 million retail, housing and office project now under construction in Butler County.
The list includes the region’s second Lush cosmetics store, its third Build-a-Bear Workshop and Cincinnati-area store number 24 for Graeter’s ice cream. Liberty Center developer Yaromir Steiner has been saying for weeks that 50 new tenants would be announced soon.
Another notable new tenant is Celebrate Local, a Columbus-based retailer that offers Ohio-made products and touts itself as “a champion of local, small businesses.” It will be the company’s second location. The other is Steiner’s Easton Towne Center near Columbus.
Thursday’s announcement is the first indication of what kinds of clothing retailers would fill the key in-line slots, which will account for the bulk of annual retail sales generated by the property.
