The interior design of the center states through the creation of four different worlds, which illustrate the cultural identity of the area:
- White world in reference to the dance (City of Music and Dance)
- World copper reference to calligraphy / writing (Andre Malraux Library and Archives of the City)
- Red universe in connection with the theater / stage
- Black universe dedicated to culture and artistic creation (UGC Cine Cite Strasbourg Etoile).
