The Streets of Buckhead is a $1.5 billion upscale mixed-use development located in the affluent Buckhead district of Atlanta, Georgia. Currently, the Streets of Buckhead is under development, and being developed by Ben Carter Properties, LLC. Originally scheduled for a grand opening of November 2009, work slowdowns have pushed the projected opening back to fall 2011.
The Streets of Buckhead will have 80 luxury stores, 14 high-end restaurants, 350 multi-million dollar condominiums, and class-A office space. As of now, 20 stores and 5 restaurants are coming to the development. The list includes the following.
