TAG Heuer has announced the opening a flagship store in New York City. The store is located in a luxury location at 645 Fifth Avenue between 51st and 52nd Streets, near St. Patrick’s Cathedral and Rockefeller Center.
The approximately 1,100-square-foot flagship will be the brand’s new destination in the Americas. TAG Heuer first opened in New York City in 2014, leasing space on 54th Street.
The new store keeps the brand’s contemporary spirit and represents the latest retail concept. The façade of the boutique is black-lit and adorned with modern metal panels and lighting.
The store has a dedicated VIP lounge for private customer consultations. The store features the brand’s full range of watches, including a series of novelties and the Carrera model celebrating its 60th anniversary this year. The space is also characterized by plenty of technology and multimedia displays.
“We are thrilled to reveal our new outpost on this famed luxury shopping destination in New York City,” says TAG Heuer CEO, Frédéric Arnault. “To be located among iconic landmarks in the heart of this historic city is an important moment for the brand, and underscores our commitment to serving our discerning clientele and delivering the most exceptional retail experience in every aspect of the client journey. This is another exciting opening in our aggressive retail expansion in the Americas.”
TAG Heuer, based in La Chaux-de-Fonds in Switzerland, is owned by LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton and operates four of its own factories. The brand’s products are available in 260 branded boutiques and 2,300 multi-brand outlets worldwide.
