Glavkosmos, which is part of Roscosmos, will launch its online store, following the example of NASA and SpaceX.
Russian Space Agency, Glavkosmos, will launch its online merchant store following NASA and SpaceX’s example, said the company’s CEO Dmitry Loskutov, speaking at the conference “Prospects for the Russian space industry.
“We will launch new initiatives, such as an online store for space merchants,” commented Loskutov. According to him, the online store will be opened till the end of October 2020, reports TASS news agency.
Glavkosmos’ page on Instagram recently surveyed users who were asked to choose prints for their first collection of branded products. According to Loskutov, the rocket and space industry should be promoted to be interested in it.
“Frankly, cats scratch their souls when they see that in the Russian networks in Moscow, T-shirts with NASA inscriptions go up and our young people buy them,” commented the General Director of Glavkosmos.
