Meraas is due to launch a new shopping district, Box Park, on Al Wasl Road.
The project is inspired by the use of warehouse containers, which will be placed in a row.
This is the company’s third new concept in less than two years, following after City Walk and The Beach. It is designed to be an outdoor mall, which will offer a range of quirky dining ideas and retail designs from across the globe.
This new concept is being designed with the intention to bring new life to the high-street districts within Dubai. The project will include 44 entertainments, café, restaurant and retail brands, including international and local concepts.
Some of the tenants due to enter this new concept include Rundholz, a fashion brand from Germany; Polliwalks, a shoe store for children and The Zoo, which offers a range of unique accessories and gifts.
Other brands include OnePiece, Big Smoke Burger, Love Mshy, The Melting and Yamaha Café, along with several other unique concept brands.
