A recent facelift added stores like: RW & Co, Mexx and Mexx Kids, The Children’s Place, and Thyme Maternity, LUSH, Bath & BodyWorks, David’s Tea’s, Showcase, Nails for You, Toys R Us Express and JUMP+ , an Apple premium reseller. Stone Road Mall continues to be anchored by: Sears, Home Outfitters, Sport Chek, Old Navy, Chapters and Pier 1.
In 1989 Stone Road Mall saw the addition of the Atrium and a five-plex Odeon Cinema a well as a parkade for over 600 vehicles. In 1997 the food court was renovated. In 1997, Old Navy, Pier 1 Imports, Jean Machine, and Jacob Connexion were added to the front of the mall. A new entrance was added, and the main washrooms were renovated.
In late 2006 Home Outfitters opened in the Zellers space, along with Sport Chek and a new food court with a fireplace. In 2013, Target took over the Zeller’s store.
