Southcentre Mall

Southcentre Mall super-regional mall has over 180 stores and services in a comfortable environment with places to sit, places for fashion advice, and services and facilities for fun.

Owned and managed by Oxford Properties Group, Southcentre Mall enjoys a reputation for clean, comfortable, well-run facilities. Opened in 1974, Southcentre Mall was expanded in 1986 to include a seven-screen theatre complex a new restaurant, and office space. Further expansion in 1988 added a two-level retail wing to the north side of Southcentre Mall. In 1999, Southcentre Mall grew again to include a new tri-level department store, twenty new retailers, and a two-level parking building. New retail space was added where the theatre had been.

A 2009 expansion included relocating the food court, adding new retailers, and renovations including relaxation, sports, and family venues.
