SMX Convention Center puts exhibition and event traffic through the same site as the retail. Six cinemas, an IMAX house, bowling and an al fresco dining row extend activity beyond convention hours.
SM Prime opened the centre in 2012 on Jose P. Laurel Avenue in the Lanang district, the group’s first Premier mall development in Mindanao. SM Prime reports gross floor area of about 135,000 square meters as of December 31, 2025. SM City Davao, the group’s other centre in the city, carries about 205,000 square meters on the same measure.
Forever 21, Charles & Keith, American Eagle and MQ hold the fashion slots, with Clarks and Onitsuka Tiger on footwear, Mothercare on infant goods and Tissot on watches. Sky Zone operates a trampoline park, 7 Eleven and DHL Express serve convenience and courier, and At Tokyo, Happy Lemon and Ali Baba trade food.
