Retail is one tenant class among several in this building. A Department of Foreign Affairs passport office occupies 3,400 square meters, National University opened its first Mindanao campus on the property, and business process outsourcing floors sit above the shops.
SM Prime opened the centre on 17 November 2001 at Quimpo Boulevard corner Eco West Drive in Barangay Matina, the group’s first in Mindanao, at 78,735 square meters. The Annex followed on 9 March 2012, and an Expansion Wing soft-opened on 29 July 2025 across three commercial and five parking levels. SM Prime reports gross floor area of about 205,000 square meters as of December 31, 2025, on a 13.2 hectare site.
That mix adds passport applicants, students and shift workers to the property’s daytime catchment.
Lacoste, Birkenstock, Mango, Triumph, Reebok, DC Shoes and Aeropostale supply apparel and footwear, with G-Shock on watches. La-Z-Boy stocks furniture, Healthy Options covers specialist grocery, while Petco adds pet supplies, and Happy Lemon and Daily Apple operate beverage counters.
