Scale here follows position. Governor’s Drive meets Aguinaldo Highway at Barangay Sampaloc 1, a junction that takes provincial traffic between the inland towns and the Manila corridor. SM Prime reports gross floor area of about 169,000 square meters as of December 31, 2025, which makes this the group’s largest mall in Cavite on its own portfolio data.
SM Prime opened the centre on 21 May 2004 and added a five-level annex of 36,486 square meters in December 2011. The cinema block moved to six screens, and two Director’s Club houses opened on 3 September 2025.
Institutional uses extend the property well beyond conventional retail. iQor holds the fourth and fifth annex levels, National University Dasmarinas runs the sixth and seventh floors of the carpark building, and a Department of Foreign Affairs branch for Cavite operates in the main building.
The SM Store, SM Supermarket and SM Appliance Center anchor the retail, with a food court alongside them. Lee trades denim, RJ Guitar Center instruments, Manila Hearing Aid and Dermclinic health and beauty services, and Baskin-Robbins and Bacolod Chicken Inasal food, while 7 Eleven, Mango and OshKosh B’Gosh fill the convenience and fashion bands. Robinsons Place Dasmarinas sits across the Aguinaldo Highway junction, creating a direct competing retail node.
