The Fremlin Walk development integrates the preserved frontage of the former Fremlin’s Brewery, a Maidstone institution from 1861 until closure in 1990, into a contemporary retail and leisure circuit, respecting the Victorian industrial heritage that lines the Earl Street pedestrianised approach. Primark, H&M, Next, and mainstream fashion and lifestyle retailers serve the Kent county catchment. Cineworld provides the leisure anchor.
