Lõunakeskus (Tartu South Centre) is one of the biggest shopping centres in Tartu, Estonia. Its total retail area is 27 000 sq metres, also it is planned to expand the mall for 25 000 sq metres. The mall offers South Estonia’s first full size skating arena and a children center. Lõunakeskus was opened in 2001 being the first big shopping centre in south Estonia.
