About this mall

Regiony Group opened June Ufa in 2012 at the intersection of Komsomolskaya Street and 50 Let SSSR Street in Ufa’s Oktyabrsky district, with roughly 25,500 sqm of leasable space anchored by an O’KEY grocery hypermarket and, at opening, a Technosila electronics store since exited from the Russian market. Regiony Group’s finances collapsed under debt in 2021, and June Ufa passed, along with four sister June properties, to Sberbank Capital, which held and marketed the property before selling it to new local owners in 2023.

Those new owners executed the rebrand to DomProDom, repositioning the property around home goods and family leisure rather than the general fashion-and-entertainment format it originally carried under the June name. This is a relaunch by the 2023 buyers, not a continuation of Regiony Group’s original concept. That repositioning followed years of tenant thinning under the June brand: visitor reviews from the property’s first decade describe a shopping center whose specialty-store floor never filled to the density its opening lineup promised, with the O’KEY hypermarket and a children’s center remaining the most consistently cited draws. The DomProDom relaunch is described locally as Ufa’s first center built specifically around this home-and-family-leisure format.

Uyuterra ran the home-goods floor under the June identity, and Alex Fitness anchored the leisure side, both signals of the direction the DomProDom repositioning has pushed further: home, family and leisure categories rather than the fashion-led tenant mix the original June Ufa launched with.

The rename places DomProDom in a different competitive lane than the fashion malls it once competed against directly, an intentional pivot away from general apparel retail and toward the home-and-garden format that has proven more durable in several Russian regional markets over the past decade.
