Jackson Township, Ocean County, New Jersey places Jackson Premium Outlets adjacent to Six Flags Great Adventure, the largest theme park in the northeastern United States, a geographic pairing that broadens the outlet property’s trade area from the Ocean, Monmouth, and Burlington County resident base into the entertainment visitor population that the regional amusement park draws from the full New York-Philadelphia-New Jersey tristate market throughout the operating season. The 285,000 square foot Simon property, off I-195 Exit 16 and accessible from both the Garden State Parkway and the New Jersey Turnpike, serves the South Jersey and Jersey Shore consumer as the primary premium outlet access point for Ocean County and the adjacent coastal markets the Garden State Parkway corridor connects to the Jackson Township retail node.
The accessible luxury outlet tier runs Coach, Kate Spade, and Polo Ralph Lauren. The fashion register covers the standard mid-market American outlet range: Ann Taylor, Banana Republic Factory, Brooks Brothers, Calvin Klein, Gap, J. Crew, Levi’s, LOFT, Lucky Brand, Nautica, Talbots, and Tommy Hilfiger serve the comparison outlet floor. Casual Male XL and Chico’s serve extended size categories. Adidas, Nike, Puma, Skechers, and Under Armour provide the sportswear outlet register. Ulta Beauty serves the prestige beauty outlet position.
The Rally House licensed sports apparel store adds the Philadelphia Eagles, New York Giants, and New York Jets fan base connection that South Jersey’s split-market NFL allegiance produces. The centre’s commercial advantage is the Six Flags adjacency: the same I-195 exit serves both the theme park and the outlet, converting entertainment day-trip traffic into outlet shopping visits in a way that no standalone New Jersey outlet format replicates.
