Monroe, Ohio, on Interstate 75 at State Route 63, sits around 30 miles from both Cincinnati and Dayton, giving Cincinnati Premium Outlets a dual-market outlet catchment that draws from both metro areas simultaneously. The 400,000 square foot Simon property at the midpoint of the Ohio commercial corridor serves the combined Cincinnati-Dayton consumer base with an outlet format that the I-75 drive geometry makes accessible to the northern Kentucky consumer as an extension of the Cincinnati metro catchment.
The accessible luxury outlet tier runs Coach, Kate Spade, Marc Jacobs, Michael Kors, and Polo Ralph Lauren. Tory Burch gives the property an elevated outlet position above the standard mid-market register. The mid-market fashion outlet floor covers Ann Taylor, Banana Republic Factory, Brooks Brothers, Calvin Klein, Gap, J. Crew, LOFT, Nautica, and Tommy Hilfiger. Adidas, ASICS, Columbia, Crocs, Merrell, New Balance, Nike, Puma, Reebok, Skechers, The North Face Outlet, and Under Armour cover the sportswear outlet register. Rally House, the Ohio-headquartered licensed sports apparel retailer, gives the property a locally-rooted sports identity anchor for the Bengals, Browns, Reds, and Ohio State Buckeyes consumer.
Cincinnati Distilling, the Cincinnati-area craft spirits producer, gives the property a local food and spirits identity tenant that distinguishes the Monroe outlet experience from the standard Simon Premium Outlet register. Lindt Chocolate, Le Creuset Outlet, and Yankee Candle serve the premium gifting and home categories. Tumi, Samsonite, and Vera Bradley cover the travel accessories outlet positions. Cincinnati Premium Outlets functions as a high-visibility stop on the Cincinnati-Dayton I-75 corridor, drawing both metropolitan catchments on a highway where Monroe’s geographic position between two major Ohio metros produces a consistent dual-market outlet visit volume.
