Allee-Center Hamm

Allee-Center Hamm opened in Hamm, North Rhine-Westphalia, with approximately 37,000 sqm of gross leasable area as the principal modern enclosed retail destination for Hamm city centre and the eastern Westphalia subregion. The centre is managed by ECE Projektmanagement and anchors Hamm’s city-centre commercial district in one of the Ruhr’s eastern gateway cities.

Hamm occupies a distinct commercial position at the eastern edge of the Ruhr metropolitan area, functioning as the retail and service centre for the Hamm district with a population of approximately 180,000 that sits between the dense Ruhr cities to the west and the smaller Westphalian towns to the east. The Allee-Center provides H&M and mainstream fashion and service retail within a covered environment integrated with Hamm’s pedestrianised Weststraße commercial spine. Hamm’s position on the main Dortmund-Münster rail line provides ICE and regional rail connectivity that supports the centre’s regional draw from the eastern Ruhr and Münsterland fringe communities.
