Skky’s first acquisition: Truff stake
Kardashian and her business partner Jay Sammons founded Skky in 2022. The deal to acquire Truff’s “significant minority stake” was the first in her portfolio. According to Kardashian, Truff has “single-handedly brought truffle-infused products to the mainstream food market” and has the potential for further growth. Financial terms of the deal have not yet been disclosed. Experts say the brand can expect increased awareness following the deal with the Kardashian-controlled company.
Truff: pioneering truffle-infused luxuries
Truff has been around since 2017 and specializes in “luxury” hot sauces with truffles and other products. Truff-branded products are available in more than 20,000 stores in the United States.
