H&M will become the new anchor at the shopping centre in Barnet, north London.
The International retailer stated the opening of a store in The Spires Shopping Centre, Barnet. Brand new anchor store including a floor space more than 2000 sq metres, and will be open on 22nd September.
With Ladies, Divided, Men’s and Kids collections presented, the latest H&M store will give customers with excellent quality fashion, at affordable prices. On launch morning, clients in the queue before 11 am will have a 25% discount wristband to purchase in store as well as a goodie bag. Customers are then welcome to peruse the available fashion selections while enjoying the latest music from an in-store DJ.
“This location is an exciting opportunity for the H&M brand to expand its portfolio and introduce our fantastic fashion offering to new customers,” tells Carlos Duarte, H&M’s Country Manager for UK & Ireland.
Hunter Real Estate Investment Managers (Hunter) is arranged to go ahead with a £7m investment in The Spires Shopping Centre in Barnet after City Council approved the scheme at the board. The confirmed plans include three new restaurants and contemporary public realm improvements inside and outside of the 90,000sq ft centre, as well as the new H&M anchor store.
