The coffee chain from Israel opens its first representative office in Europe and Brazil.

Shortly coffee houses are planned to open in Germany, the UK, and a few other European countries. Cofix representative offices will also be located on the other side of the world – in Brazil and then Mexico.
The global expansion began with Poland. The first institution in Warsaw is now in operation. It covers an area of 170 square meters, together with a summer veranda. It is expected that shortly the city will also open a coffee shop with 100 square meters and a small bar, and an area of 30 square meters.
Also in Warsaw will be the regional headquarters of Cofix Global, responsible for international markets, as well as a European logistics center. A total of 12 coffee shops will open in Poland by the end of the year. Further development is expected, depending on the franchise model.
By the end of July, it plans to open its first site in Sao Paulo, Brazil. It will also become the city’s regional headquarters. It is expected that by the end of 2020, at least five coffee shops in Brazil will be licensed to operate the franchise.
The history of Cofix chain began in 2013 in Tel Aviv, created by its entrepreneur Avi Katz. Visitors are offered fresh coffee and related food at a fixed price, under the slogan “fresh coffee, fixed price.” The chain’s branches include not only coffee shops but also Cofix Bar and Super Cofix supermarkets.
Most Cofix coffee shops are located in urban centers and other popular areas. But some are located in or near major educational institutions. Since 2016, Cofix coffee shops have appeared in Russia. Today, there are about 190 establishments in Russia – in Moscow, St. Petersburg, and Irkutsk. Most are franchisees.
