The gastronomic space on Postdam Square is home to 22 restaurants and four bars.

The Manifesto food court was opened in Berlin. The gastronomic space, located on Potsdamer Platz, has become the largest in Germany and all of Europe.
The food court covers 47,300 square feet and houses 22 restaurants and four bars, with a seating capacity of 960 guests. In addition to gastronomic concepts, Manifesto will also be home to about 150 events yearly. The food court will feature musicians, DJs and other celebrities.
The first Manifesto Market was opened in Prague by Martin Barry, a native of the United States. The launch of the project in Berlin, involving chefs from all over the world, is an international expansion of the brand.
The design of the new gastronomic space, including interiors on both floors, guest areas, furniture and a beer tower, was developed by young Portuguese architect Sara Gomez.

“The use of high-quality and elegant materials is designed to create an inviting, vibrant, entertaining and highly functional environment that supports the smooth operation of the restaurants, marquee team and service, inspiring and impressing thousands of people every day,” the press release noted.
Manifesto doesn’t run chain projects. As part of opening the food court, 22 concept restaurants operating in Berlin were selected from more than 800 applicants. This way, Berlin becomes a hub for exceptional and diverse cuisines emphasizing high-quality cooking and service.
Manifesto also brings to life the concept of sustainability with the minimization of waste, the redistribution of porcelain dishes between restaurants, a single technological ecosystem and the payment of orders by planless payment. The project also promotes culture and celebrates traditional crafts.
