Swarovski unveiled an improved retail concept called New Retail Landscape.
Austrian jewelry brand Swarovski announced the opening of a concept store at Times Square in Hong Kong. The expansion comes eight months after the retailer opened its first and Asia’s largest flagship store in Shanghai.
In the new monostore in Hong Kong, Swarovski unveiled an improved retail concept called New Retail Landscape. The company said the store at Times Square offers visitors a “sensorial retail space,” which presents a wide range of crystal jewelry, as well as watches, statuettes and other brand accessories.

According to the presented concept, the store is divided into several parts, which are distinguished by different color schemes in Swarovski colors. In the decoration of the store the retailer uses details of metal and glass, as well as decorations of chrome and silk in the details. The walls of the monostore are decorated with octagons and the interior is dominated by shades of blue.
“Playful, aware, and always boldly chic, our aim is to reflect desires and dreams in the physical space of our stores, and to underline our new age of crystal living,” commented Giovanna Engelbert, Creative Director of Swarovski.
