Lippulaiva declared K-Supermarket, Prisma, Lidl, and Tokmanni as anchor tenants.

A new modern shopping and entertainment center will appear in Helsinki. The project called Lippulaiva will bring together more than 20 cafes and restaurants and significantly improve the supply of catering in the area.
It is reported that international chains Burger King, Espresso House, Fafa’s, Fire Wok, Gateau, Itsudemo, KFC, Kung Food Panda, Pomo D’or Pasta & Pizza, Subway, Sidewalk, and many others will open as part of the mall.
New restaurant concept Gourmet Burger, which specializes in premium burgers, and Taiwanese Chatime, which will open its first establishment in Finland, have leased in Lippulaiva.
Family restaurants, first-class beer bars, and concept cafés will also open in the mall. Lippulaiva will also feature a large outdoor terrace, saturating the space with natural light.
Experts reported that demand for space to rent at the new mall had exceeded expectations amid the pandemia.
“Lippulaiva is a unique and versatile business environment. In addition to stores, it also houses many different facilities, such as a library and a daycare center. It’s not so much a traditional mall as it is an urban center that concentrates all the services in the area,” commented Mari Laaksonen, commercial director of the center.
More than 100 tenants will open as part of the mall, including private and public services. The complex will offer shoppers one of the highest concentrations of grocery stores in the city. The anchor tenants of Lippulaiva are K-Supermarket, Prisma, Lidl, Tokmanni, and Elixia fitness center, Espoonlahti regional library, and Pilke Pikku kindergarten.
