The mall was the first in the current portfolio of malls to be acquired by the Asian Retail Mall Fund in February 2002. The initial revamp took place in 2003. On Level 1, modern and chic dining concepts and new landscaping features were added in the forecourt at the mall entrance and mall frontage along Tiong Bahru Road.
