Luxury Italian footwear brand Sergio Rossi has made a grand return to the UAE, opening a new boutique in the Dubai Mall in partnership with local luxury brand entrepreneurs, Timeless Group. This significant expansion marks a pivotal milestone for Sergio Rossi as it aims to deepen its connection with the region’s discerning clientele.
Sergio Rossi’s CEO, Helen Wright, emphasized the importance of this new partnership with Timeless Group, noting that it represents a significant milestone for the company. Wright expressed excitement about building a deeper connection with a diverse and cosmopolitan clientele, inspired by the vibrancy and momentum of the UAE market.
A standout feature of the new boutique is the Heritage Wall, inspired by the Gallery of Lasts from the company’s extensive archives. This concept, already present in Sergio Rossi’s flagship stores in Milan and Beijing, showcases original wooden shoe lasts signed by artisans, celebrating the brand’s rich history and Italian craftsmanship. The Heritage Wall serves as the store’s centerpiece, highlighting the meticulous craftsmanship involved in creating each pair of shoes, which can take up to 120 steps and 14 hours to complete.
The boutique also features the Spring Summer ‘24 collection alongside timeless styles, offering customers a range of meticulously crafted footwear that exemplifies Sergio Rossi’s dedication to quality and style.
Samara Punjabi, CEO of Timeless Group, expressed pride in reintroducing Sergio Rossi to the region. Punjabi highlighted the brand’s iconic status and emphasized the significance of reintroducing such a renowned name in fashion to Dubai’s luxury landscape.
