Customers at 57 participating stores can purchase women’s clothing online and pick it up at their nearest store.

Fast-fashion retailer Primark is expanding its click-and-collect program in the UK. Beginning September 13, customers at 57 participating stores can purchase women’s clothing online and pick it up at their nearest store. Participating stores are in Greater London, the North West of England, and North Wales.
This expansion means shoppers can choose from around 2,500 items that can be picked up in-store. The range includes clothing typically found in Primark’s larger stores and specialist items such as women’s clothing, lingerie, and underwear offered by Primark’s Supporting Women for Life program.
The development of the new project follows Primark’s launch of a trial click-and-collect service for baby and nursery products last year. The service was initially introduced in 25 stores in the North West, North Wales, and parts of Yorkshire in November before being extended to 32 stores in Greater London in July.
Primark is a popular international fast-fashion retail brand that offers affordable clothing and accessories for men, women, and children. Primark primarily operates brick-and-mortar stores in various countries, with a significant presence in the United Kingdom, Ireland, and several other European nations.
