Phase two of expansion for Dubai Festival City Mall

This will include expansion to offer new dining areas, new fashion and new lifestyle facilities. This new project will result in a larger Festival Square, which will connect to the exclusive waterfront eateries, allowing guests to shop, meet and dine whilst overlooking the Dubai Creek and the skyline of the city.  

The center’s global brand fashion retail mixture of stores will include H&M in the new expansion.  The 1672m² store will be located on the ground level of the North Crescent Walk and is an important addition to the mall’s already outstanding mix of retail stores.
