The Mall Luton opened in 2009 at George Street in Luton town centre, Bedfordshire, with approximately 64,000 sqm of gross leasable area as a redevelopment and expansion of the existing Arndale Centre that had served Luton’s retail needs since 1972. The centre is the principal enclosed retail destination for Luton and the north Hertfordshire-south Bedfordshire corridor.

Luton’s commercial position reflects its distinctive economic character as one of the UK’s most ethnically diverse towns and the location of London Luton Airport, one of the UK’s five major international airports.
