Tenants at the 650,000 square foot (51,000 m²) complex, which opened in May 2005, include Regal Cinemas, Bass Pro Shops, Banana Republic, Chico’s, Hooters, Buffalo Wild Wings, Old Farmer’s Almanac, Build-A-Bear Workshop, a bowling alley and a nightclub. In addition, there are outlet stores owned by Nike, Adidas and Haggar.

A Fuddruckers Restaurant recently opened across from the Regal Cinema.
