At roughly 31,600 sqm of leasable space across four floors, Tekira carries more than 90 brands, 15 restaurants and cafés, and seven cinema screens, anchored by a roughly 7,000 sqm CarrefourSA hypermarket alongside large-format Boyner, LC Waikiki and Mudo stores. The mall drew 2.5 million visitors in its first three months after opening in 2008, a launch pace that reflected the lack of comparable retail in Tekirdağ at the time.
The property sits at the intersection of Tekirdağ’s main roads, a position Klépierre’s own materials credit for drawing weekend visitors from across the wider Thrace region and from Istanbul, roughly 90 minutes away by road. Roughly 25,000 people visit on an average day.
EV charging stations, an Easy Point counter for e-commerce pickup, returns and tax-free processing, and a partnership with Turkish literacy nonprofit TEGV on electronics recycling round out the property’s positioning as a Klépierre-standard asset rather than a purely local operation, the same institutional playbook the group runs across its European portfolio.
