Settlers Ridge is in close proximity to Pittsburgh’s largest concentration of office space outside of the downtown area – more than 8.5 million square feet. Boosting the daytime population in the immediate vicinity are headquarters for Bayer Corporation, FedEx Ground, and Dick’s Sporting Goods.

Settlers Ridge, in Robinson Township, is just eight miles west of downtown Pittsburgh. It is easily accessed and has excellent visibility from Parkway West 22/30 (future I-376) via the Settlers Cabin/Ridge Road interchange. There are two access points with traffic lights along Campbells Run Road plus access to PA 60 and I-79 via Church Hill Road.
