The anchors and majors of the mall are: Wal-Mart, Sears, la Baie and Best Buy, H&M, Zara, and Pharmaprix (Shoppers Drug Mart)
Place Rosemère opened in 1976 with 75 stores. 
A major transformation in March 1991 added 90 stores, making Place Rosemère a regional centre with 165 stores.
Since September 2002, a second expansion made Place Rosemère a supraregional centre with 200 boutiques and department stores.
