Lavina Mall opened its doors on the 1st of December in 2016. It is one of the largest retail hubs in Europe, which includes the second largest DIY store in the world (85 000 m2) and hypermarket Auchan with the largest turnover in Ukraine. This retail cluster makes 10% of all turnover of Kyiv equaled to about $ 60 million per month.
At the end of 2018, Lavina Mall became a leader in terms of footfall (1,5 million people per month) and overall retail turnover (UAH 1 billion per month). Today Lavina is among the best shopping malls according to the international rankings and awards (Eastern Europe Project Awards, European Property Awards, CEE Retail Awards semifinalist).
