Laguna Hills Mall opened in 1973 in Laguna Hills, California, with Sears, Buffums, The Broadway and JCPenney among its anchors.
The enclosed mall closed on December 31, 2018, and was completely demolished in 2023. Merlone Geier Partners is redeveloping the site as the Village at Laguna Hills, a mixed-use project with retail, offices, a hotel and apartments.
