It has an approximately 600,000 square feet (56,000 m2) retail space area for shopping and entertainment when completed.

IMAX cinema

The shopping mall is going to host Hong Kong’s second IMAX theatre. The cinema is operated by UA Cinemas. The IMAX cinema is tailor-made for iSQUARE and costs HK$50 million to build. It will be the first UA IMAX Theatre in Hong Kong that meets the international IMAX standards. A new digital IMAX projection system will be first introduce to Hong Kong, together with a 40-foot (12 m) high and 70-foot (21 m) wide majestic screen. The entire cinema occupies 46,000 square feet (4,300 m2), there are two standard theatres, two VIP theatres and 1 IMAX 3D theatre.
