About this mall

The Hollywood multifunctional retail-and-entertainment complex opened December 6, 2025 on Kolomyazhsky Prospekt near Pionerskaya metro station in St. Petersburg, becoming the city’s largest new shopping center in nearly a decade, since Okhta Mall opened in August 2016. The project had a genuinely difficult path to completion: originally planned for a 2015 opening on the site of an unfinished Soviet-era cinema called “Rus,” it became tied up in years of lawsuits after nearby residents challenged its construction permits, with the St. Petersburg City Court finally upholding the permit in autumn 2021.

At roughly 115,000 sqm total and 60,000 sqm of leasable space, Hollywood opened around 80 percent pre-leased, with Bosco, Guess, Lime and multiple Melon Fashion Group banners including Love Republic among the tenant roster, alongside Zolotoye Yabloko’s largest-format store and Samsung and Bork for electronics. Furla’s location marked the brand’s first shopping-mall presence in St. Petersburg after operating only as street retail in the city previously.

The fourth floor is dedicated entirely to entertainment: a roughly 5,000 sqm family park called TeikaBoom, a 2,200 sqm DDX Fitness club, and a small-format “Kinograd” cinema split into several intimate screening rooms, alongside a two-level food hall with panoramic terraces that Nikoliers, the managing company, positioned as the anchor draw for the entire floor.

Hollywood’s arrival adds a fourth major shopping center to the immediate Pionerskaya-area cluster, alongside City Mall, Kontinent na Baykonurskoy and Kapitoliy; management has pointed to the coexistence of Galereya and Nevsky Center elsewhere in the city, despite overlapping tenants, as a precedent for how the new center expects to compete rather than cannibalize the existing cluster.
