Location and accessibility
Grand Var is surrounded by a commercial area extending over the municipalities of La Garde and La Valette-du-Var , is the fifth commercial area of France in terms of area.
Access to Grand Var is possible thanks to the A57 and exit n o 5 Bigue, both from Toulon as Hyères . Another access is possible by ex N 98 through ramps (two interchanges).
Grand Var area is reachable by bus from Mistral Network with lines 191A / B, 129, 103 and 29.

Features mall architecture
The northern part (North Grand Var) was slightly renovated. The interior decoration of this part of the mall is in Mediterranean style, light blue with white notes. There are small waterfalls to the inputs.
South Grand Var: this part has never been renovated. There are escalators connecting this part with the North part of the mall.
South Grand Var:n this part: there is no path, there is a hall of about 500 m2.”
Planning
The mall itself is dividen in three sections:
North Grand Var- This is the most important part of the mall. There are close to 100 stores in this part, and some department stores such as H & M, Spring etc. The largest store in the northern part is the Carrefour hypermarket, with 10700 m2 area.
South Grand Var- This part is about 100 meters from the northern part. There are 3 stores and shop equipment pool.
East Grand Var- This part of the mall is approximately 50 meters east of North Grand Var,it has many boutiques. This part has 3 levels. On the last floor there is a McDonald’s.
