About this mall

LAMDA Development opened Golden Hall in 2008 on Kifisias Avenue in Marousi, positioning it as a luxury-tier counterpart to the company’s larger, more mass-market Mall Athens property nearby. The Latsis family, LAMDA’s founding and anchor shareholder, has controlled the property since opening.

At 50,086 sqm across three levels, Golden Hall carries 147 stores weighted toward fashion, beauty and design rather than the broader mass-market mix typical of Greek shopping centers, with BOSS, Brooks Brothers, Massimo Dutti and COS anchoring the fashion floors alongside Greek luxury and jewelry names like Folli Follie and LALAoUNIS.

The Athens Olympic Museum occupies the first floor, a permanent installation tracing the history of the Olympic Games that gives Golden Hall a cultural attraction unusual for a shopping center of this size and positions the property as a destination beyond retail for visitors to the Kifisias corridor.

Neratziotissa metro station and the Attiki Odos highway both sit adjacent to the center, giving Golden Hall direct access from central Athens as well as from the northern suburbs the Kifisias Avenue corridor serves, a catchment LAMDA has built its broader four-mall Athens and Thessaloniki portfolio around.
