Deerfoot Mall

This fastest growing quadrants of Calgary is conveniently located next to Calgary’s busiest traffic artery. Thus, it is easily access to urban and rural shoppers. 

Owner Shape Properties plans to add nearly 500,000 square feet of retail space to Deerfoot Mall. That will bring the total space to just over 1.2 million square feet.

First anchored by: Woolco, Canada Safeway, and The Bay, the mall features 80 retailers. Present anchors are Winners and Walmart. Now considered to be "outlet mall," Deerfoot’s claim is to be "Western Canada’s only enclosed outlet mall."

In 2013, the enclosed mall was converted into an open air regional centre with an additional 500,000 additional square feet of retail space.
