Blockbuster Mall

Blockbuster mall is the second megamall of the network of megamalls developed by Mandarin Plaza Group. 

It is located on 15 hectares in the middle of the way between the most populated residential part of the city and central business district. As a part of the biggest commercial cluster in the city totaling 50 hectares, the mall will have convenient public and private access. It will serve the neighborhood of more than 1 million residents within the 7-kilometer radius. There are more than 350 000 persons – daily passenger traffic. It will serve not only as of the place for shopping but also as a social hub. The location is also remarkable since Pochayna river Park is planned to be commenced in 2019 by the municipality in the south border of Blockbuster Mall.
