Appleby Mall is an enclosed community mall located at Appleby Line and New Street in Burlington. With the area of of 165,180 square feet it is anchored by a major Fortinos (Loblaws) food store. The mall was acquired in the fall of 2003.
The mall was sold in the spring of 2004 at a significant profit for investors (purchase price of $21 million).
The will begin renovations in late 2009 into 2010 which will see the become an outdoor box store centre.
