AK Retail Holdings previously acquired M&Co’s brand and intellectual property earlier this year. In a recent development, the business unveiled a revamped M&Co website under its stewardship. The relaunched platform showcases an expanded womenswear collection encompassing a comprehensive range, including petite and plus sizes.
Evans is a British fashion brand specializing in plus-size women’s clothing and accessories. The brand was founded in 1930 by Jack Green and focused on providing stylish and fashionable clothing for women with larger body sizes. Evans has since become one of the leading names in the plus-size fashion industry.
Combined sales for the two American luxury conglomerates totaled $12 billion last year.
