The new Louis Vuitton Café is located in the White 1921 Hotel.
Louis Vuitton has announced the opening of a summer café in Saint-Tropez. The establishment is run by Michelin-starred chef Arnaud Donckel and pastry chef Maxime Frederic.
The new Louis Vuitton Café is located in the White 1921 Hotel and specializes in unique Mediterranean dishes. A special menu was developed for the restaurant, incorporating the flavors and traditions of the French Riviera.
The café is decorated in blue and white Louis Vuitton colors, and Damier Ebene’s signature pattern adorns almost every surface of the establishment. The new Louis Vuitton By The Pool resort collection pattern is present in the interior and on the tableware. The cafe’s atmosphere is also emphasized using natural wood and stone.

The cafe focuses on simplicity and authenticity, specializing in seasonal ingredients from local producers. Featured desserts include soft brioche flavored with orange blossoms, a Louis Vuitton monogram, and a sculptural Dolce Vita cup that combines the flavors of three types of ice cream.
As lunch specialties, guests of the Café Saint-Tropez are offered Camargue rice sushi, sea bream ceviche, Italian pasta zitone stuffed with truffles, shrimp tartare, as well as Moroccan-spiced lamb chops and other Provencal dishes.
