Crocus Group presents Vegas Kuntsevo, the third project in a network of thematic shopping malls in Russia.
The design of the complex was created in Italian style: into its spaces a picturesque town has been integrated, with cozy streets and balconies decorated with flowers. In the central atrium of the center there is a copy of the Colosseum, the famous architectural masterpiece of ancient Rome. In the days of the Roman Empire, gladiators’ fights were held at the Colosseum, and now it is one of most recognizable tourist attractions in Italy.
“For the new Vegas Kuntsevo, we chose Italy,” said Emin Agalarov, First Vice President of Crocus Group and Project Manager of Vegas. “The Colosseum, the Leaning Tower of Pisa, the Italian streets and the special atmosphere – is a combination of history, architecture, shopping and unique emotions. It is not enough to be just a shopping center with a set of famous brands, a food court, and cinemas. There must be a concept, an idea, and its development. We do not stand still and are always looking for something interesting: new formats, new tenants, new services for buyers. We are not building another mall, we are making a unique product in demand in the market.”
Leading international brands will be represented here, including G-Star RAW, Levi’s, Uniqlo, ZARA, H & M, Guess, Koton, Monki, Tous, Valtera, Lego, BEAUTYLABN7, Samsung electronics stores, and Sony Center. There will also be local names: Your Home hypermarket, the M.Video electronics chain, and a Karo multiplex.
A large area of the food court is filled with favorite restaurants: Edoko, Zafferano, Forte Bello, IL Patio, Starbucks, Coffee Shop, McDonald’s, Lebanon House, and many others.
The Alley of Glory, a traditional element of the Vegas network, is devoted to the names of outstanding athletes in the Kuntsevo shopping complex.
Other alleys in Vegas Kashirskoye Highway and Vegas Crocus City are dedicated to celebrities, including Elton John, Pierre Richard, Placido Domingo, Robert de Niro, Carlos Santana, Antonio Banderas, Bradley Cooper, Monica Bellucci and many others.
The new Vegas center offers its visitors a cinema, an ice skating rink and a sports gym complex in addition to shopping. A Russian musical channel will open its new studio in Kuntsevo and organize a series of music events parties, with the participation of domestic and foreign stars.
