Canadian brand iStore unveiled its first Toronto and Edmonton locations at Scarborough Town Centre and West Edmonton Mall.
Digital fashion and lifestyle brand iStore is inviting consumers to its newest locations in these two top shopping destinations. iStore offers most cutting-edge digital trends in audio, cases and bags, toys and accessories for health and fitness, photography and the home.
The stores cover 3,000 square feet of retail space, designed with the dramatic black and white patterned, highgloss ceramic floors. Custommade Corian counters showcase everything from colourful headphones and designer phone cases, to fitness trackers, tablets and toys for learning. Many items are presented out-of-box on floating trays, encouraging interaction with the products.

Large-screen digital displays located throughout the store display a wide range of luxurious lifestyle and product imagery designed to capture customers’ attention and inspire them to discover what is new. Additional digital signage, such as storefront easels and tabletop towers with LCD panels, provide at-a-glance information for consumers. The front and back of the retail spaces also feature LED backlit glass that can be customized to colour-match seasonal trends and occasions – all from the touch of a mobile phone. The stores are also equipped with SafeCharge stations – a free service that enables customers to charge their mobile phone while they shop. These charging stations use fingerprint recognition technology to lock and unlock a small personal locker, which secures the customer’s phone while it is charging.
In addition to introductory Apple product demos, iStore offers complimentary in-store workshops on additional lifestyle products. Each session gives customers a hands-on experience, teaching them how to get the most out of their mobile devices for leisure, work or travel.
